I enjoy the detailed work of home inspections and having the opportunity every day to teach clients about their homes. I provides home inspections in Cumming, Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Dacula and surrounding cities in Georgia.
Working with me, you'll find that I love to answer questions. I go over your home thoroughly, and walk you through every aspect of the home inspection process. I believe it's critical that you participate in the inspection with me -- after all, this is your hands-on opportunity to learn about maintenance recommendations, positive features, and any potential problems your home may have.
I started in the construction industry about twenty-five years ago as a plasterer, and worked my way through the trades to eventually become a building contractor. This naturally led me to become a home inspector for Cumming, Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Dacula and many other cities in Georgia. I have been providing home inspections, mold testing, radon testing, stucco inspections, framing inspections, warranty inspections, thermal imaging, and energy inspections for over thirteen years.
After your home inspection (usually within twenty-four hours), you'll receive a detailed computer-generated home inspection report that's roughly thirty pages. I make this a bit easier to handle by including a summary section at the end of the report; you can be assured that it will contain all the information you need. Of course, if you have any questions after your inspection you're welcome to call me anytime.
In the state of Georgia anyone who wants to become a home inspector can do so without any training; so it's especially important that you find someone with experience and credentials. I'm a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), a Code Certified Inspector, an International Code Council Member, a member of the Council of American Building Officials, and a Licensed General Contractor. You can trust that you'll be in good hands when I'm the one conducting your home inspection.
I offer Stucco inspections, Radon testing, Framing inspections, Warranty inspections, Indoor air quality inspections, Infrared scans(thermal imaging) and Energy inspections in addition to standard inspections. I'm also able to provide expert witness testimony should you be in a position to need that.
I hope you'll contact me today to schedule your home inspection (it usually takes three to five days to get on the schedule). We're glad to answer any questions and would love to talk to you about how Duffy Home Inspection Service, Inc. can best meet your needs.
